How to Measure Your Wrist:

  2. Mark: Ensure it’s comfortably snug (not tight) and mark where the end meets the rest of the strip.
  3. Measure: Lay the paper flat and measure the length to your mark with a ruler.
  4. Size: This is your wrist size. Size S: fits up to 5.5". Size M: fits up to 6". Size L: fits up to 6.5".
